interQ Privacy Policy
Effective: September 19, 2026
This policy explains how interQ handles information when you use interq.link, its feeds and APIs, or an interQ connector such as the Muse connector.
Information we handle
- Account information: information you submit when creating or managing an account, such as your email address, display name, profile information, and account settings.
- Feed and channel activity: feeds, channels, tags, follows, searches, saved items, and similar actions needed to provide the product.
- Connector requests: tool inputs needed to carry out a request, such as a public channel ID, search words, and result limit. The Muse MCP layer can access public channel data and, when you choose to log in, can perform the account actions you request. Login credentials are sent over an encrypted connection to interQ to start a session; the MCP server does not log or persist the password.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device details, request time, requested page, referring page, cookies or session identifiers, and diagnostic logs. interQ also uses self-hosted Matomo analytics to understand product use.
- Public and third-party content: article, podcast, feed, author, image, and link data retrieved from publishers or submitted feed URLs.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure interQ; authenticate users; build and deliver feeds and search results; remember settings; troubleshoot errors; prevent abuse; understand product performance; and respond to support, privacy, or legal requests. We do not sell personal information.
Connectors and service providers
If you ask another service, such as Muse, to use the interQ connector, that service receives your prompt and decides when to call an interQ tool under its own privacy policy. interQ receives the tool parameters and returns the requested interQ data. We may use hosting, email, analytics, security, and infrastructure providers to run the service. They may process information only for those operational purposes and subject to their own terms and safeguards.
Public content and links
Channels and feed outputs can be public and may include content and links supplied by third parties. Publishers and linked sites control their own content and privacy practices. Do not put private or confidential information into a public channel.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention varies by data type. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, or object to certain processing where applicable. You can also stop using a connector through the service that connected it. Some records may be kept where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
International processing and children
interQ is operated from Israel and information may be processed in other countries where service providers operate. interQ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product changes. We will update the effective date on this page. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
